We select and retain as teachers individuals who care about children and are knowledgeable in their subjects, motivating in the classroom, and growing as professionals. The individual teacher is given freedom, responsibility, and encouragement to select among the educational methods that best achieve the school's objectives and best maintain the continuity of the program.
